We aim to dispatch all orders the same day Monday – Friday if your order is placed by 14:30 and at weekends by 11:00. Collection times per carrier will vary. There are no collections on Bank Holidays. These times are a guide and not guaranteed.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please use the live chat at the bottom right of this page. Unfortunately, if the order has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking links do not become active until after 19:00 that day.
If you require any customer support, please use the live chat bottom right of this page and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. During busy periods this may take up to 72 hours.
As Crest advertise their product as strips we follow their advertising guidelines and list them also as strips.
If you have ordered a box of 40 strips and received 20 packets you have received the correct amount of strips.
We ship to most destinations worldwide. If your country is not available on the checkout page please contact us and we will see if we can add your country to our list for you.
We will ship all of your items together in discreet plain packaging.
